Saturday

This week has been bleak. Insomnia and the Blackest moods. But I'm happy now.

After the non-stop intense glamour working at the call centre trying to avoid my own personal credit crunch I've just had a great Saturday. St.Johnstone won 3-0 against Partick Thistle. Get in. Wrote a song I'm really happy with...Then met up with Si Clarke (guitar hero of milkteeth/hungerpangs) to grab some music. we spent our ill gotten call centre gains on coffee and cigarettes and records we don't really have the money to be buying.

I got Screaming Tea Party's new E.P "Golden Blue" which was predicatably brilliant. In my book the coolest band in the world right now.

Now off to meet another guitar hero Jack Ross to continue our quest to find the best turkish kebab house in east london. For those of you who wanna know the brilliantly named Testi at the start of stoke newington high street is currently edging it over the Bos Cirrik and Mangal Ocakbasi: both on Kingsland road.

More exciting than any of this my girl is coming back on monday after an aeon in the cooke islands and the northern territories, wrestling sharks and climbing volcanoes. i feel a bit like these dudes below...
